Ocean Lakes Family Campground Amenities

Ocean Lakes is one of the largest oceanfront campgrounds on the East Coast, and the amenities inside the gates are a big part of why families keep coming back. You don't need to leave the campground to have a full day.

Sandy Harbor Water Park

The on-site water park has slides, a lazy river, a splash zone for little ones, and a pool complex that stays busy all summer. It's included with your campground access fee. A major expansion is underway for 2027, adding an indoor aquatic center with new kid splash pools, an indoor pool, and body slides.

Private Beach Access

Ocean Lakes sits directly on the Atlantic. The beach is wide, well-maintained, and a short golf cart ride from most homes inside the campground.

Golf Cart Rentals

Golf carts are the way to get around. Many of our rentals include a complimentary cart. If yours doesn't, rentals are available inside the campground.

Recreation & Activities

Basketball courts, a skate park, a dog park, an arcade, and a camp store are all on-site. The activity schedule runs daily in peak season with events for kids and adults alike. Note: Sandy Harbor Mini Golf closed in September 2026 and is being relocated inside the campground — no reopening date has been announced yet.

Camp Store & Dining

There's a general store, a pizza place, and a few food options inside the gates so you don't have to drive out for every meal or supply run.
